• The initiative runs under the Branewo gUG - a non-profit organization.

• This non-profit status leads to very strict conditions with regard to the use of funds.

• Within 2 years, all income must be invested in the charitable cause through donations or donations.

• If the company is liquidated, all funds will flow to another non-profit organization defined in the articles of association.  

• The ability of this organization to accept donations also leads to strict requirements.

• Every donation is shown - anonymously - on this page.

• The voluntary transparency obligation  reveals all relevant company data.

• A tax consultancy takes care of the bookkeeping and draws up the balance sheets / financial statements.

• An economic advisory board will be set up to monitor the proper use of funds.
